📌 Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We understand that life happens. However, to respect our time and the time of other clients, we have implemented the following Cancellation & Deposit Policy:
💳 Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rescheduling within the allowed time frame will allow your deposit to carry over to your new appointment.
⏰ Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Less than [24/48] hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
💡 Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but arriving late may limit the time available for your service.
